Alex's F-150

Alex's dad, George, was one of our first sport compact customers when we worked on his Talon back in '06. So, we were very pleased to see him again when he referred Alex to us for a new exhaust for his F-150. This exhaust uses a single 3" in/dual 2.5" out Flowmaster 40-Series Delta Flow muffler, and twin polished stainless steel tips exiting out the passenger-side rear corner. The exhaust sounds great - not too loud, but very rumbly and throaty.

Dave's Classic Chevy

Dave's truck is unrestored and has been around for a long time. He intends to keep it going even longer, so instead of getting an exhaust from a regular muffler shop, Dave decided to visit Hanksville for an exhaust that would last the truck's lifetime. This dual exhaust is made from 2.5" aluminized tube, uses Flowmaster mufflers and features an H-pipe crossover for a nice, even tone. We custom mandrel-bent the tubes to give him as much ground clearance as possible, and routes the tubes around the factory truck arm suspension. This exhaust sounds great and will probably be the last exhaust this truck ever needs!

Bob's Dodge Ram 2500

Wanting a free-flowing exhaust without a loud sound, Bob brought his 2500 to us for a consultation. We recommended a dual cat-back exhaust with a large-case Magnaflow, to allow the exhaust to have a straight path through the muffler with the additional sound absorption material provided by the 22" long case.

Because the fuel tank is located on the driver-side, both pipes need to route on the passenger-side of the truck. Therefore, dual side-by-side rectangular mufflers will not fit in this truck application. We do not recommend fitting two mufflers vertically, because this can trap water (condensation) inside. Therefore, we recommended the single large-case dual-in/dual-out Magnaflow for good flow without too much noise.

We finished this exhaust by routing the dual tailpipes around the spare tire and exiting out the passenger-side behind the rear wheel. This provides a customized but clean appearance.
