Basic Roll Bar/Cage Pricing - NHRA-Legal Drag Racing

Basic Roll Bar/Cage Pricing - NASA/SCCA/PCA-Legal Road Racing

Roll Cage, DOM Mild Steel

NASA/SCCA-legal roll cage, 6 points with main hoop, main hoop diagonal and harness crossbars, forward hoops, rear braces, straight door bars (2 per side, with vertical tube spreaders); 1.5" or 1.75" depending on racing class, mild steel, MIG-welded, installed, unpainted.

Options

• NHRA-legal swing-out or bolt-in door bars: add approx. $250-$350 per side, depending on type of swing-out kit and type of welding (MIG or TIG) desired.
• Add "A" pillar bars, halo, dash bar and main hoop diagonals to an existing roll bar (to turn your NHRA roll bar into an NHRA-legal cage): add approx. $1,000 for DOM mild steel, $1,250 for chrom-moly.
• NASA/SCCA-legal Extended-Style ("NASCAR-style") door bars; add approx. $250 per side.
• Automotive-quality paint: This service enhances the appearance and adds greater durability to your roll bar’s finish. Cost will vary; plan on approx. $550 for solid colors, more for metallics or pearls. We use PPG automotive paint and professional-quality SATA paint equipment. If you would like us to color-match a specific color, please provide the paint code or the vehicle year/make/model.
• Full-interior cars: Cost varies. There will be additional charges depending on the specific design; for instance, masking-off the interior, routing tubes through interior trim panels, and prepping the floor for welding of the mounting plates is performed on a time-and-materials basis. • Windshield removal/replacement: Required when installing/welding a roll cage: cost varies, depending on the age and condition of the windshield; please call for details.
